Cancellation and Refund Policies

Webinars (Group Internet-based Courses)

1. For webinars less than 4 CPE hours, there is no refund if you cancel. You may substitute another attendee if you let us know in advance of the webinar.
2. If you cancel a webinar that is 4 CPE hours or more or cancel printed course materials, you will receive a refund according to the guidelines below:
   1. Paid by credit card:
      1. Within 120 days from purchase and no more than 10 days from the webinar:
         1. You may receive a refund on your credit card subject to the applicable special policies below.
         2. You may receive a credit letter for the full amount subject to the applicable special policies below.
   2. Paid by check – the refund will be by check subject to the applicable special policies below.
   3. Note: Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund check.

On-demand Self-study

No refunds will be issued for self-study courses. You have a year from the date of purchase to complete the course.

Special Policies

1. Administrative Fee
   1. If you cancel, we will deduct a $300 administrative fee for either credit card or check refunds.
   2. If you cancel and choose a credit letter, or if we cancel the webinar, we will not deduct an administrative fee.
2. Printed Course Materials
   1. If you paid for printed course materials that have already shipped, we will not refund the printed course materials.
   2. If the course materials have not been shipped, we will refund the printed course materials in full.
