COVID-19 is having a sweeping impact on the small business community. To help businesses in Los Angeles with financing during this time, The City of Los Angeles is offering emergency loans to businesses and microenterprises that provide or will retain low-income jobs.

  • Businesses located in the City of Los Angeles can receive loans between $5,000-$20,000
  • Loans with repayment terms of 6-12 months have 0% interest rate
  • Loans with repayment terms of 5 years have 3%-5% interest rates
  • No loan fees
  • No administration fees

You can apply online here. You will need to include business tax returns, financial statements, bank statements, and use of funds.
