Alesia Labyntsava, CPA
Alesia knows you can’t give good tax advice if you don’t know the client and their operations inside out. She dedicates herself to understanding the details of her clients’ businesses, so when tax-related questions come up “there is no question I can’t answer.”
Her clients appreciate her attention to detail, and Alesia derives satisfaction from solving problems for them. “Tax is never static because tax rules constantly change. You have to learn the new laws, and that drives me.”
Alesia was inspired to become an accountant after taking an accounting course in college. She was hooked. She had always liked solving problems and puzzles, and was good with numbers. “I just trusted the process.”
