Ken Kathcart, with more than 33 years of experience in tax and accounting matters, provides tax consulting services to successful business owners and their families. He has extensive experience at both the examination and appeal level in advocate representation of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and various other taxing authorities.
Additionally, he consults for businesses and individuals on the sale of businesses, financing transactions, divorce, bankruptcy, insurance, entity formation and selection, real estate tax deferred exchanges, and estate and transactional planning.
